Gentek was built with a clear purpose: create a commercial contractor that property managers and facility management firms could actually rely on. Not a residential company trying to compete in commercial, and not a large firm where small jobs get deprioritized.
From the beginning, Gentek built systems — for work orders, documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination — that give clients full visibility into every job. That structure is what separates us from most contractors in our markets.
Today, Gentek operates through two regional divisions — Northeast and Texas — with a core in-house team supported by a vetted network of licensed subcontractors and trade partners. The model is built to scale without losing the accountability that defines how we work.
