Scope of Work
This project covered a broad range of trades and scopes, all coordinated and executed by Gentek's team and vetted trade partners:

Full roofing replacement: tear-off and reinstallation of the entire roof system, including underlayment, flashing, and ridge venting for long-term performance.

Siding removal and reinstallation: full exterior siding replaced with new material, properly insulated and sealed to improve both aesthetics and energy performance.

Hardwood flooring installation: interior flooring replaced throughout, with subfloor preparation and installation of new hardwood across primary living areas.

Interior finishing work: painting, trim, drywall repairs, and finish carpentry throughout the interior to bring all surfaces to a consistent, clean standard.

Exterior improvements: additional exterior work covering grading, drainage, and surface finishing to complete the property's curb appeal and structural integrity.
How We Managed It
